- we do our best to accommodate last-minute custom orders (there will be 20% fee charge) kindly ask our admin first because we cannot guarantee availability as sometimes we’re fully bookedwhat is the shelf life of the cake?our cake have a two day shelf life without refrigerator and a one week shelf life in the refrigeratorWHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER?Please be aware that we manage a heavy production schedule and last minute cancellations cannot always be accommodated due to the amount of planning and work that goes into each order prior to even baking.Cancellations are permitted only when made at least two weeks prior to the event date. About Us
Josa Patisserie is owned and operated by Annisaa Krisanthy. After graduating from Bandung Institute of Tourism with a degree in Bakery and Pastry Art, Annisaa started her career in the pastry industry overseasAfter two years, she decided to expand her career to another continent, hence she went back to Indonesia to prepare for the new journeyUnfortunately, things didn't go as planned due to the Covid-19 outbreak. It was the darkest moment for her (and surely for everyone else), however, she managed to bounce back and decided to build Josa Patisserie as her own business in 2020Built with passion, as a starting business we hope that in the future it will continue to grow while sustaining our quality.
